bdtk5 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdtk5 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bdtk5 website at https://bdtk5.bio, including all associated gaming, betting, payment, account, and support services offered through the Platform. These Terms apply to all users regardless of the device or method used to access the Platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdtk5 Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. bdtk5 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided through the Platform. 3. Eligibility

Use of the bdtk5 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure you qualify before registering or placing any wager.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are not permitted to register or wager under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information including your legal name, date of birth, and Bangladesh mobile number.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any bdtk5 employee or contractor.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

bdtk5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the bdtk5 Platform. Creating or operating more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held within them.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. bdtk5 staff will never ask for your password or OTP.
• All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally.
• You must notify bdtk5 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Providing false or misleading registration information, including a false date of birth, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• KYC identity verification is required to unlock full withdrawal access. Documents required include a government-issued National ID card. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

bdtk5 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account at any time for any reason consistent with these Terms, applicable law, or risk management requirements, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the bdtk5 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through approved payment channels only. bdtk5 does not accept cash, cheques, or payments through unapproved third-party services.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bdtk5 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; standard charges imposed by your payment provider (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply separately.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account holder used for the corresponding deposit. bdtk5 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is complete.
• bdtk5 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that triggers anti-money-laundering checks or that is inconsistent with the player's deposit and wagering history.
• Attempted chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes filed with a payment provider without first contacting bdtk5 support will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

bdtk5 processes all withdrawal requests in good faith and aims to complete approved withdrawals within 24 hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods including BPL finals, Eid holidays, and other high-traffic events. Funds are returned to the player's registered payment method only.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bdtk5 offers a welcome bonus on a player's first qualifying deposit, as well as ongoing promotional offers including reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is displayed in the Promotions section of your account dashboard.
• Bonuses are issued in good faith to registered, verified players. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional loopholes, or placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account termination.
• Bonuses are valid for use only within their stated expiry period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be moved between accounts. They are issued exclusively to the registered account holder.
• bdtk5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.

The welcome bonus is available to new accounts on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who close and re-register an account are not eligible for the welcome bonus on the second or subsequent registration. Seasonal promotions such as Eid bonus offers and Pohela Boishakh reload bonuses are subject to additional specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is announced.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdtk5 Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, whether using your own details or the details of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to access, interact with, or derive advantage from the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus offers, or circumvent the Platform's security or fraud detection systems.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Providing false identification documents or impersonating another person for the purpose of accessing the Platform or circumventing KYC requirements.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdtk5 staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

bdtk5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All players are strongly encouraged to treat gambling as entertainment and to set personal limits that reflect their financial situation and gaming preferences. The Platform provides deposit limit tools, session time reminders, and a self-exclusion feature accessible from every player's account dashboard. All content on the bdtk5 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform, is the exclusive property of bdtk5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bdtk5 Platform without the prior written consent of bdtk5. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtk5 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, bdtk5 shall not be liable for the following.

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where bdtk5 was not negligent in its security practices.
• Any interruption to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or events outside bdtk5's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game results, statistics, or promotional content.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

bdtk5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances.

• A breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, fraud, or collusion.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or outdated personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• A request by the player to self-exclude from the Platform, processed through the account dashboard or via support.
• Any regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requiring bdtk5 to restrict or close the account, including requests from law enforcement authorities.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Amendments to These Terms

bdtk5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms, or updates required by applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting bdtk5 support. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page and supersedes all prior versions.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the bdtk5 Platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact bdtk5 support through the official support channel in your account dashboard to seek an informal resolution. bdtk5 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all complaints within 10 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the matter. Nothing in this clause limits bdtk5's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
